Louisiana Tech University’s Graduate School invites applications for the position of Graduate Recruiting and Communications Coordinator. The anticipated start date is October 1, 2025. The successful candidate will be fully engaged in all aspects of Graduate School application processing and communication, with special emphasis on:
Assisting applicants and reviewers with the Graduate School’s online application and communication platform;
Monitoring application and admission workflow and intervening as needed to increase application completion, timely decision, and communications;
Setting up and monitoring email campaigns for prospects, applicants, and newly admitted students; and
Establishing and maintaining an active social media presence and up-to-date web pages for the Graduate School with assistance from University Communications.
The successful candidate will have a four-year degree, an engaging personality, excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms is expected. Must qualify to operate motor vehicles for official travel. The anticipated annual salary for this position is $43,000-$46,000.
